Camp Tuition Reimbursement Insurance
 
 



Capitalized terms wherever they appear in this document are as defined herein.

Who is Eligible

Any Camper who enrolls in a Camp affiliated with NicheDirectories.com™ for a specified Camp Session, provided he or she enrolls in this insurance plan during the 30-day period immediately following the date the initial deposit is paid for the Camp Session and prior to the first day of the Camp Session.

Benefits
Camper Cancellation Benefit

A benefit will be paid, if the Camper is Prevented From Attending Camp due to:
1. the Camper's Injury, Sickness, or death; or
2. Injury, Sickness, or death of the Camper's Immediate Family Member; or
3. the relocation of the Camper's primary place of a residence if

a) the relocation is due to a transfer required by the employer of the Camper's parent or guardian if the employer requiring the relocation is the same employer as on the effective date of the Camper's coverage;
b) the relocation is to an area more than 200 miles from the Camper's current place of primary residence; and provided the Camper does not receive notice of the relocation prior to the effective date of coverage; and,that occurs prior to the Camp Session.

The amount of the benefit will be equal to that portion of pre-paid tuition, paid by or for the Camper for the Camp Session, that is not refundable by the Camp, pursuant to the Camp's written guidelines.
The maximum benefit amount is $20,000.

Prevented From Attending Camp means that:

(1) with respect to an Injury or Sickness of the Camper, a Physician has recommended that due to the severity of the Camper's condition, it is Medically Necessary that the Camper cancel participation in the Camp. The Camper must be under the direct care and attendance of a Physician; or
(2) with respect to an Injury or Sickness of the Camper's Immediate Family Member, the severity or acuteness of the family member's condition or the circumstances surrounding that condition is/are such that an ordinarily prudent person would cancel the participation in the Camp.


Camper Interruption Benefit


A benefit will be paid, if the Camper must Withdraw From the Camp due to:
1. the Camper's Injury, Sickness, or death;
2. Injury, Sickness, or death of the Camper's Immediate Family Member; or
3. the relocation of the Camper's primary place of residence if

a) the relocation is due to a transfer required by the employer of the Camper's parent or guardian if the employer requiring the relocation is the same employer as on the effective date of the Camper's coverage;
b) the relocation is to an area more than 200 miles from the Camper's current place of primary residence; and provided the Camper does not receive notice of the relocation prior to the effective date of coverage.

The amount of the benefit will be equal to the unused portion of pre-paid tuition, paid by or for the Camper for the Camp Session that is not refundable by the Camp, pursuant to the Camp's written guidelines.
The maximum benefit amount is $20,000.

Withdraw From the Camp means that:

(1) with respect to an Injury or Sickness of the Camper, a Physician has recommended that due to the severity of the Camper's condition it is Medically Necessary that the Camper withdraw from and not return to the Camp during that Camp Session. The Camper must be under the direct care and attendance of a Physician;
(2) with respect to an Injury or Sickness of the Camper's Immediate Family Member, the severity or acuteness of the family member's condition or the circumstances surrounding that condition is/are such that an ordinarily prudent person would withdraw from and not return to the Camp during that Camp Session.


Accidental Death Benefit

If Injury to a Camper results in death within 90-days of the date of the accident that caused the Injury, a benefit in the amount of $1,000 will be paid.

Coverage Period
Subject to Effective Date and Termination Date below:

The Camper's Camper Cancellation coverage begins on the later of the date of the Camper's enrollment in Camp and the receipt of an initial deposit by the Camp for the Camp Session. Camper Cancellation coverage ends on the first day of the Camp Session.

The Camper's Camper Interruption coverage begins on the first day of the Camp Session. Camper Interruption coverage terminates on the last day of the Camp Session.

The Camper's Accidental Death coverage begins on the first day of the Camp Session and is in force only while the Camper is participating in any regularly scheduled and supervised Camp activity. Coverage is not provided while traveling directly to or from Camp or on any personal deviations.

Effective and Termination Date

Effective Date - A Camper's coverage under this plan begins as described above provided the Policy is in effect and the first premium for the Camper's coverage has been paid; or if the premium is paid and accepted later than any of the dates described above, coverage will go into effect on the date the premium is received by the Company.

Termination Date - A Camper's coverage also ends on the earliest of: (1) the date the Policy is terminated; (2) the end of the period for which premiums have been paid, (3) the date the Camper ceases to be enrolled in camp; or (4) the expiration of the Camp Session for which the Camper was enrolled. Termination of coverage will not affect a claim for a covered loss that occurred while the Camper's coverage was in force under this plan.
